About me

Have you been considering therapy? Choosing to start therapy and choosing a counsellor can be overwhelming so the questions below may help you decide if I'm the counsellor for you.

•Are you experiencing low mood or overwhelm?

•Do you want a better understanding of self and your reactions to certain situations?

•Have traumatic experiences embedded, creating unhealthy beliefs about self and the world?

•Have you noticed overthinking/catastrophising becoming an issue and would like to challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour?

•Are you lacking in confidence or not feeling good enough?

•Are negative thoughts or patterns of behavious such as perfectionism holding you back from a fulfilling life?

•Is anxiety ruling your life or leading into panic attacks?

•Is self sabotage becoming an issue within your life?

•Do you want to address relationship issues from your past or present to create a healthier dynamic going forward?

•Are you struggling to connect with your family, friends or new people in your life?

•Are you experiencing gender disappointment, pregnancy anxiety or needing support around abortion, IVF or miscarriage?

•Do you feel you would benefit from Inner Child Healing?

I support people in a respectful, empathic way, sharing knowledge and theory along the way to help improve their lives using my integrative training and experience in Transactional Analysis (TA); Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy (PCT).

Awareness and knowledge are important steps to creating a healthier way of being.

I appreciate the courage it may take to reach out for help. Just know that I'll hold a warm, safe and supportive space for you to explore whatever you need, without any judgement.

I work with issues such as, but not limited to anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief, overwhelm, overthinking/catastrophising, low mood/confidence/self worth, self sabotage, abuse, behavioural/thought patterns, attachment, and pregnancy issues such as abortion, gender disappointment and abortion.

I offer a short, free, no obligation phonecall to help you decide if you'd like to work with me. Please feel free to get in touch to see how I can help you bloom into the best version of yourself.
