*****************************************************************************

I provide counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy in an unique approach to treat a wide variety of issues, most commonly seen by therapists. As every person is unique and different, I offer treatments that are designed to meet each client's individual needs, in an effort to have the greatest chance of success.

I use a variety of therapeutic models in my practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Self-Hypnosis, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt Therapy.  These models are used at different stages of therapy, depending on the client's individual needs and goals.

My therapeutic approach is based on the Chrysalis T.I.M.E.© model of psychotherapeutic counselling. The acronym stands for: Temporal, Interventional, Multi-model and Empathetic.

TEMPORAL – examining the client's past, present and future to enable them to see all temporal aspects of their situation.

INTERVENTIONAL – providing practical advice, skills, and techniques that will lead to solutions, change and healing.

MULTI-MODEL – utilising different psychotherapy models at different stages of the client's treatment.

EMPATHETIC – understanding the client's point of view and allowing them to have the central voice of the therapeutic process.

I work with a wide variety of issues, including, but not limited to:

Stress & Anxiety                                        PTSD, c-PTSD

Trauma & Abuse                                        Depression
