As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I work in a tranquil, relaxing setting only 10-15 minutes drive from Oxford, and conveniently located within easy reach of Headington, Kidlington and Bicester.
I work with adults of all ages, presenting with a range of issues including bereavement and loss, stress, anxiety, family issues, relationship problems, Sexual abuse, separation and divorce, and depression. My training is in the Person Centred Approach, but I also draw on integrative skills, tailoring my techniques and approach to be the most appropriate and beneficial to the individual client.
I offer both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy, with the flexibility of day or evening appointments which are 1 hour in duration.
I also offer couples counselling, appointments are also 1 hour in duration.
As a registered member of BACP and working within the BACP ethical framework, I am fully committed to my own continual professional development,by regularly undertaking additional training courses to enhance my therapeutic work, to help clients bring about a positive change in their lives. I am also a qualified supervisor, and supervise other counsellors and therapists.
My positive supportive attitude communicates understanding, trust and acceptance to the client who is encouraged to see themselves in a more balanced and accepting way.This will allow the chance to change how you feel about life, find resolutions to the conflicts and difficulties you experience and make positive choices about your future.

Approved counsellor for Victims First, Thames Valley Police, supporting victims of crime
Aside from my private practice, where I see clients with a range of issues from stress, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties etc. I work for cruse as a bereavement counsellor where I am also a qualified supervisor.

My first appointment will be at a reduced fee of £30
thereafter each hourly session will be at £50
Couples counselling, the first appointment is £50 thereafter each hourly session is £75
I also offer concessions to students, unemployed, the elderly and trainee counsellors.
Telephone counselling (to a landline number). An initial 15 minutes call will be free of charge to see if telephone counselling will be suitable. Thereafter, each 30 minute session will be charged at £30 and 60 minute session at £50
Email counselling. £25 per email response (750 words), or £100 for 5 responses (750 words).
Appointments are offered at my office on weekdays, including evenings, and Saturday mornings.

My office is situated only 10-15 minutes drive from Oxford, within easy reach of Kidlington and Bicester and Headington. There is plenty of parking space available, with easy access.
