About me
Do you feel that life is currently a struggle for you? Do you suffer with work stress? Do you feel alone, misunderstood or unheard? My name is Julia and if you are finding it difficult to cope with any aspect of your life or in general, I can offer you a confidential space to speak freely and honestly, without judgement, to explore your feelings and thoughts and work together with you to make positive changes so that you can start to feel more in control of your life.
By listening and talking things through, often different perspectives on situations come to light and help to tackle past, present and then when needed, any future difficulties that may arise as you become more equipped with self-awareness and skills to tackle them.
So, should you need a safe, confidential, non-judgemental place in which to feel heard and understood I offer a friendly, professional service whereby I would aim to work together with you to improve your general wellbeing and happiness and tackle any problems that are making you feel 'stuck' in a place that you feel you can't get out of alone. You are NOT alone.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor who has trained integratively so can therefore offer a wide variety of tools and support for anyone looking to resolve a particular issue or issues, seek clarification, learn ways to manage, for example, depression, anxiety, anger, phobias, addictions or OCD behaviours to name a few. I can also support you through relationship, family, bereavement or work related stress issues.
I very much look forward to meeting you.
