About me

"Making the start" - I have always said that sometimes that is the hardest part, particularly with self-improvement.  But you are here - you’ve made that all important first step.  That's a win in itself, so be proud!

But I wonder if you’d be willing to take another step forward?  Only this time you won’t be alone - I’ll be there to support you.  So the next big question is, how can counselling help you?

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, or any other issue, I am here to listen and guide you through the challenges you face. Together we can work towards your chosen goals and improve your resilience and well-being.

I use a pluralistic approach to counselling, which means that I draw from a wide variety of tools and techniques, and tailor the therapy to suit your unique situation and goals. A pluralistic approach also means there is shared decision making between you and I so that we can work together to find the best way to help you.  We'd very much be a team with one common interest - You!

This journey is one that we can take together. I’m here to listen and support you with whatever is troubling you or holding you back. So whatever is on your mind, or whatever you feel you need support with, why not drop me a line to see how we can get you there.
