About me
I understand that your life experiences have shaped you into a unique individual, which means the issues you face are just as unique. You need an approach tailored to suit your individual needs. I offer a nurturing and supportive counselling process that respects your individuality and helps you discover your own solutions.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools and approaches to best suit your needs. It is my belief that “knowledge is power”, which means that within each session I aim to provide a better understanding of what you are experiencing and why. If I can help you understand the “why,” we have a far better chance of seeing improvements.
My professional training, along with lived experience of ADHD, gives me a personal understanding of how differently people can experience the world. I have worked with both adults and children who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and autism, and I understand the unique challenges young individuals and their families can face. I offer a flexible, informed approach that respects each person's individual needs and way of being—whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for a child in your care. You can read more about how I support neurodivergent clients here.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any other issue, I am here to listen and guide you through the challenges you face. Together, we can work towards your chosen goals and improve your resilience and well-being.
