About me

I am an experienced psychologist and work with both adults and children.  I tailor therapy to individual clients and what seems best fit for them drawing upon a range of therapies such as CBT approaches. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or Person Centred Therapy. I can also provide psychological assessment reports or diagnostic assessments and am experienced in working with autism. 

I specialise in anxiety conditions, depression, complex trauma, anxiety and autism.

I offer face to face sessions at my therapy room in Glasgow and am also happy to offer online video sessions in any format clients are comfortable with.
