About me

I am an experienced psychologist and work with adults and children.  I tailor therapy to individual clients and what seems best fit for them drawing upon a range of therapies such as CBT approaches (eg. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) or Person Centred Therapy. I can also provide psychological assessment reports.

I offer face to face sessions at my therapy room in Glasgow and am also happy to offer online video sessions in any format clients are comfortable with such as Zoom or Skype.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like an initial free discussion before deciding whether to then meet.
