About me

How are you feeling? You might feel confused, hurt or rejected. Perhaps you don’t feel good about yourself, and you just want to change things. It could be that you feel you can’t get on with people, that you don’t fit in, or the relationships and connections you have with others always seem to break down or go wrong. You might feel depressed, anxious, sad or isolated and each day you have to put on a brave face and somehow pull yourself together and carry on. You may feel tired and that your strength is low.

I understand what it feels like to go through times like these as I have been there myself. I have felt most of these emotions in my life at some point and at times it has felt overwhelming. Through my own therapy, I was able to understand what was making me unhappy. I realised I could make my own choices and change my life. This was the reason I chose to train as a counsellor and now I can help you too.

I passionately believe in putting people in control of their own lives giving them the freedom to explore who they are and to choose their own path. I can work with you to help you to understand your difficulties and what causes them and to look at what might be holding you back from living your life in the way you want to. I truly believe that change in your life is possible if you want it.

I trained in Transactional Analysis Counselling which is a very effective way of working with personality and relationships. With this method, I have been very fortunate to see clients gain strength, understanding and awareness leading to a greater feeling of positive change as I work with them.

You will find me friendly, approachable, and understanding. I will not judge you – who you are is ok with me. I will put things across simply without any complicated jargon. I will understand and see things from your point of view.

If you want to explore further, I offer a free initial telephone call and a free no obligation introductory session. You can then decide if I am the right person for you.

I can arrange to see you face to face. I also work online so I can see you wherever you are in the UK. Feel free to call me or send a message by email. You can also message me via my Facebook page or my Website.
