About me

You may be feeling that your life is difficult, worrying or just lacking a sense of direction. Counselling can offer a safe and non-judgemental way to discuss your feelings in confidence.​ I offer a confidential safe place to talk about the issues that are of concern to you. I work with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues including stress, anger, anxiety, relationship difficulties and self esteem.

I offer short or long term counselling for Adults aged 18+.

I work with a wide range of issues, anger, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, workplace issues and many others which may be impacting on your quality of life and emotional well being.

  • Bsc.(Hons) Psychology (First Class)
  • Diploma in Counselling

  • National Counselling Society (NCS) (Accredited Registrant)
  • UK Association of Transactional Analysis (UKATA) (RTE Diploma Member)
  • I practice in accordance with their codes of ethics.
  • I undergo regular supervision.


I have completed a 4 year Diploma course in Transactional Analysis.

I was a volunteer counsellor at the Shinewater Shaftesbury Centre in Eastbourne from February 2016 until closure in June 2019. I was also a volunteer counsellor at Horizon Community Learning in St Leonards on Sea for 18 months until closure in May 2018. I have worked with a diverse range of clients with a wide range of issues.

Before training I worked in the Insurance industry and the Legal profession and I had experience of forming relationships with people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, chronic pain and situational anxiety.

Experience of clients with chronic pain conditions, personal injury and travel anxiety following road accidents.


Therapy sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes. I can see clients more frequently if required. I can also offer sessions via Skype.​

Sessions generally take place at the same time and day each week. The number of sessions depends on the issue you bring to therapy. Usually an initial 6 sessions is recommended with ongoing therapy to be discussed between us at that point.

Current fees are £45 per session.

I do not charge for the initial assessment meeting.
