About me
Hi, I’m Jess. I know that finding a safe, respectful space for your child is fundamental. For this reason, I offer a free consultation so that you can assess whether I am right for your family.
I am an experienced, compassionate and playful child and adolescent psychotherapist. I work part-time for the national children’s mental health charity Place2be. I am always child centred and focus on creating a safe, nurturing space for your child in collaboration with you as a family. Connecting to the creativity that is within us all has proved to be one of the most effective ways children and young people can find healing when they are really struggling. This can be achieved through respectfully following the interests of your child to a place where they feel safe enough to explore difficult feelings and experiences. I have a lot of experience of working with anxiety, self harm and neurodivergence.
I am an accredited creative psychotherapist with additional training in CBT, mindfulness and group work. I have worked with children and young people from all backgrounds.
