About me

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a person centred focus.

As an integrative counsellor I adapt to meet the requirements of the individual client.

You will find a comfortable space where you can be yourself and be heard, without judgement.

We will work together to find solutions that work for you and your situation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor with a CPCAB L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am currently undertaking the CPCAB L5 Children & Young People Certificate to expand my understanding of some of the issues that young people are facing today.

I have worked in local support agencies working with a wide range of problems as well as a trauma related agency dealing with survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

I am currently working, at a community hub, with young people (11-16+) looking at self-harm, sexual identity, disruptive behaviours, grief and depression.
