About me

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and I work with children, young people and adults.

I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can be yourself, be heard, without judgement.

We will work together to find solutions that work for you using a variety of techniques. This can be by talking therapy, CBT, psychoeducation, breathing exercises, playing games, drawing or a combination.

The sessions are led by you and what you are comfortable with.

Feel free to give me a call for a quick chat to see if we can work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor with a CPCAB L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling as well as CPCAB L5 Children & Young People Counsellor.

I have worked in local support agencies working with a wide range of problems as well as a trauma related agency dealing with survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

I am currently working, at a community hub, with young people (11-16+) looking at self-harm, sexual identity, disruptive behaviours, grief and depression.

I also work, as a counsellor, for a business in Northampton and Coventry.
