About me

Hi, I am an Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapist based in Central London.  (UKCP Registered)

I offer a supportive and confidential place to explore any challenges you are experiencing. Together we would find a way to work through them. My therapy room is a warm and welcoming space in central London or online.

Areas of support might include: Anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationships, family dynamics, childhood trauma, PTSD and sexual trauma.  I have experience working with complex trauma.

Other reasons for engaging with therapy might be when you are going through change or facing hard decisions; work related issues and life goals, or any existential questions you might be experiencing.

Get in touch by email and we can arrange a free video call to explore what you may need from therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

Post-graduate diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the Centre of Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE).   I work with adults over the age of 18.
