I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor.
I work with adults, providing a safe space to explore & openly discuss issues they're struggling with.
My sessions are tailored to you aiming to provide support to face challenging issues that arise, allowing you to progress & get the most out of life.
I can offer psychodynamic, CBT, person centred & creative approaches to counselling.
I am a qualified Walk & Talk therapist. This unique approach combines traditional therapy with the calming effects of nature. We walk side by side in a peaceful environment, allowing for a more relaxed and open conversation.
