About me
I am passionate about working with people who are struggling with difficulties in their life and finding it hard to cope.
Perhaps a loss has left you feeling distressed, or maybe you are finding life hard and wondering what to do about it... my aim is to help you navigate through these difficult times, and to help you reconnect with yourself.
By exploring what is happening for you, looking at the issue from your point of view and then help you try to make sense of your life and move forwards.
I see clients with various issues including - anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, ambiguous loss, neurodiversity, abuse, sexual violence, anger, workplace stress, imposter syndrome, low self esteem and bereavement.
Making that first move can be hard.
I would like to offer you a free initial phone consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together. I also offer sessions on an open ended basis, to an agreed time scale and with the aim to assist you to live your life to the full.
So please do get in touch with any questions, I will be happy to hear from you.
