121 Youth Counselling is currently offering 3 – 6 Counselling sessions free of charge to support young people in Hart District.
If you would like some short-term Counselling and you live in Hart, go to school in Hart or are registered with a Hart surgery, then please fill in the Referral form for Short Term Counselling available on our website and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, please call 01252 815652 and choose the option for Youth Counselling to complete the form over the phone. We will then be in touch to arrange sessions.
