About me
I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I provide psychological therapy to help you live a more rewarding and fulfilling life.
Difficulties I typically work with include low mood, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and stress/burnout. I also have a specialist interest in the emotional impact of a physical health condition - this is my area of specialism in my NHS work.
As I am trained in several treatment approaches, I can draw on these to suit therapy specifically for you and your difficulties.
Starting therapy can be daunting. I am skilled in making you feel comfortable to talk about what you have been struggling with. I aim to create a space where you can understand yourself more, your relationships, emotions and patterns of thoughts.
I offer weekly 50 minute sessions.
Please visit my website for more information. You can request a 10 minute call back to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
