My approach is warm and relational. I offer a supportive space where you can begin to explore and make sense of your difficulties, come to terms with your losses, disentangle yourself form your past and old behavioural patterns, develop a new understanding of who you are and what you really want in life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I currently work for NHS Homerton Hospital as a psychotherapist. I also work as a counsellor and therapist in private practice in Dalston, E8.
I have worked with a diverse range of people in the voluntary sectors, the NHS and in private sector. This has provided me with the opportunity of working with people from different backgrounds and with different psychological distress such as depression, chronic fatigue, anxiety and panic attacks, addiction, sexual abuse, trauma, grief and bereavement.
I have also volunteered for Samaritans providing emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts.
I have gone through a five year intensive psychotherapy training at WPF, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country and continued working with people from diverse range of backgrounds and different psychological distress at this institute for a while.
I hold a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice from Roehampton University.
I also have a BSc in Psychology and have done a great deal of research on human behaviour and mental health.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethics, standards and practices.

I charge £60 for individual therapy. The sessions last 50 minutes.
Whenever you feel ready, we can have an inital consultation in which we can think together about your difficulties and anxieties. You will also get a sense of how I work and we can decide whether we can work together.
I offer open-ended sessions that continue for as long is necessary to resolve the issues you’re dealing with.
