About me

Therapy is a powerful process because it gives you the ability to take control of your life. I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. Are you maybe feeling worried, sad, angry, struggling in your life and upset? I want you to know that you're not alone.

No problem is too big or too small for our therapy together. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, self-esteem, stress, addiction, anger, relationship issues or anything else. I can help you gain the knowledge and compassion to feel better.

I'm an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist who puts your needs and concerns first. I offer a safe space where you can share your problems, without judgment or shame. Your background massively informs our therapy. For the best outcome, I take the time to understand you, as a person. Care, inclusivity, and our relationship are at the heart of my work, and I promise to uphold these values when working with you,

I offer a free 10-minute chat if you want to explore whether I'm the right therapist for you - just contact me using the above buttons.

For over 10 years I've consulted on behavioural change, well-being, and the psychology behind communication for organisations and during global crises (NATO, HM Government etc).

I also run group outreach therapy sessions for pupils and their parents, with schools across the UK.
