About me

I am an established UKCP Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor, experienced in treating a wide variety of mental health problems, from relationship problems to complex personality disorders. My passion and thorough training in a leading London NHS Trust means my clients are safe in the confidence that they are receiving a genuinely interested, empathic, high standard of care

I am trained and experienced in Integrative Psychotherapy and Trauma Therapy (Somatic Experiencing) and in leading evidence-based treatments . I tailor a way of working to meet your unique needs and personality style to help you achieve genuine sustainable progress.

Working online and from my practices in City of London, Harley Street & Mayfair, I help people with a wide range of difficulties, from complex diagnosed mental health conditions, to feelings of depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficult relationship and workplace problems.

I am trained in Integrative, Psychodynamic (Attachment based), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and am completing the 3 year Somatic Experiencing (SE) Trauma treatment program.  This broad training means I can offer comprehensive help to each client for example, providing plenty of space for you to tell your story, placing differing emphasis on your childhood, using more or less structured thinking and diagrams, or gentle but effective behavioural experiments or body based  techniques.

I love my work and believe that the key to good treatment lies in the therapeutic relationship. I work in a warm, supportive, open and collaborative way, making sure your voice is heard and respected and that you come to understand yourself; your needs, conflicts, anxieties, defenses, and relational patterns on a much deeper level, enabling you to explore alternative ways of being and relating, to help bring you greater satisfaction and stability.
