About me
If you are feeling over whelmed, stressed or otherwise not in the right place in your life perhaps I can help. I offer general Counselling to adults who may feel concerns such as stress, suicidal thoughts, depression, family issues, bullying and many other areas. This is supportive, non judgemental and above all confidential. Sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs at your pace. I am committed to putting the person in the centre of the therapeutic relationship by forming a positive professional relationship with them. Together finding solutions to overcome day to day concerns, acting as an enabler to non judgmentally support progression.
Alongside this I am able to offer more specialised Autism Spectrum Condition services such as Counselling, Coaching and Mentoring specifically for those who have or who are waiting for a diagnosis of Autism. This includes social anxiety, social communication and other facets of the Condition. This can include supporting the person who has Autism as well as family members, enabling smoother transitions, greater acceptance of the condition and its impact as well as greater knowledge.
I also specialise in Training individuals, schools, colleges, social care teams, police about Special Educational Needs, Learning Disability and Autism. Focusing on relationships, strategies as well as bespoke courses.

BSc (Hons), BA (Hons) in Counselling, P.G.C.E (P.C.E.T), Post Graduate Diploma in Education (SEN), Post Graduate Diploma Psychology & Learning Disabilities, Masters Degree in Education (Autism). Masters Degree in Understanding Domestic Violence and Sexual assaults. Post Graduate Certificate in clinical supervision. MNCS (Accred).

Additional information
Usual rates £45 per 50 minutes session. There are Concessions for Front line and Blue light services on application. Concessions for low income, elderly, and/or on benefits.
When I work
My phone is on 0830 to 2100 daily. I offer weekend, occasional evenings and Monday or Tuesday appointments. In exceptional circumstances with agreement between 2100 and 2300 hrs.
Further information
I work from home and deliver online and telephone sessions. Also, I work from an office shed in the garden situated under the trees and in a quiet and confidential safe space. Often sharing the garden space with local visitors whether these are the occasional passing cat, fox, deer, or owl. I am afraid I can't make it any more accessible for wheelchairs without major construction, but if needed I may be able to source another venue that still meets the criteria, and is accessible for users of wheelchairs.
I am a person centred counsellor, so work alongside you facilitating self healing, yet also challenging, in a supportive way, to be the best version of yourself.
