About me

During a difficult period in my life, counselling provided me with an opportunity to explore and gain a deeper understanding of myself.

My name is Dave and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. My aim is to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can communicate openly and transparently. I firmly believe that no one knows you better than yourself; therefore, I will work with you in tandem to provide support and foster positive growth. It's okay if the idea of seeking therapy seems daunting - together we can overcome any reservations or fears.

As a registered member of the National Counselling Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) possessing qualifications as an Integrative Counsellor, I offer bespoke approaches tailored to each client’s individual needs based on what they bring into session while adhering closely to NCPS values and ethics.

My passion for counselling stems from my own experiences as well as offering others the same safe space that was once offered to me so that they may explore their inner selves. Therapy has proven transformational for many clients by allowing them not only move forward but also recognize aspects about themselves which previously eluded them.

I have had experience working with individuals facing various issues such as domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, family breakdowns, confidence & self-esteem issues , anger management , bereavement & loss , trauma while having particular interests in Trauma and Neurodiversity.

If taking the next step resonates with you then please do not hesitate reaching out. We can start working together today towards building your brighter tomorrow through face-to-face sessions or via phone/online mediums whichever suits your preference best!
