Corrina Rolfe MBACP, MA Counselling & Psychotherapy, PG Dip In Counselling
Life can sometimes feel very difficult and overwhelming for us and we may find ourselves wondering how we got to this place. As a fully qualified Psychotherapist trained to Masters level I aim to offer a relationship that provides a safe and confidential space to explore the worries and difficulties that are important to you and which may be getting in the way of you living the life you wish to lead.
People come to therapy with a wide range of issues and no worry is too big or too small, I am concerned with your well being and am committed in helping you heal and develop as a whole person. Counselling is a way to explore and work through particular issues both past and present so that genuine healing and positive change can occur.
Deciding to seek counselling can seem a difficult first step particularly if you have never done this before. However, many people who have attended counselling say that they grow through the experience, undergo transformation and leave with hope for the future. Choosing the right counsellor for you can also be a confusing process. The therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the work therefore it is important that you find someone you feel comfortable with. If you would like to get a better idea of me and how I work please feel free to call.
