About me

I offer a therapeutic space that is safe and reassuring, allowing you to bring your whole self, even the parts that you may hide from others.  People have described my therapeutic style as warm, attentive and personable. I strongly emphasise authenticity and connectivity so that you feel heard, understood and seen.

I focus on:

Relationships; be that Yourself, intimate, family, friends, community, society and everything in between. It is how we are in any of these relationships that often shapes how we experience or interpret life events.

Life experiences; expected or unexpected, brand-new or repeated, stretching or debilitating! I help you to navigate what can feel like difficult life transitions, so that you feel more equipped to understand change, in all it's forms.

You; in a space that is confidential, non-judgemental and (importantly for some) away from family and friends.  I help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour to increase personal awareness, acceptance and insight.

I'm respectful but challenging at times when clarity and a fresh perspective can help you change old, unhelpful habits. I encourage you to make positive changes in your life and to discover (or perhaps re-discover) the tenacity of your unique human spirit!
