About me
I offer:
- A positive therapeutic space to help focus on your strengths and capabilities as well as things that challenge you like; health or social anxiety, addiction, bullying, burnout, depression, loneliness, relationship difficulties etc.
- Authenticity and connectivity so that you feel comfortable to explore things like loss of confidence or self esteem, attachment issues, professional/life stresses and trauma to name a few.
- An opportunity to make life changes, set goals, re-focus with clarity so that you can face beginnings and endings with greater confidence, be that job change/loss, starting/ending relationships, leaving home, new parenting, empty nesting, retirement etc.
We'll think together about:
- Relationships, be that with Yourself, in a couple, as a family member, friend, work colleagues, community, society and everything in between. It is how we are in any of these relationships that often shapes how we experience or process things.
- Life experiences, expected or unexpected, brand-new or repeated, stretching or debilitating! I help you to navigate what can feel like difficult life events so that you feel more equipped to understand change in all it's forms.
- You, in a space that is confidential and non-judgemental. I help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour to increase personal awareness, acceptance and insight.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
