About me
I offer a professional service as an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist to individuals, who are experiencing personal, emotional or psychological difficulties. My goal is to help you overcome your problems, make positive changes, and improve your overall well-being. We will work together to develop insights, coping skills and strategies for lasting change while working towards your identifying your needs and goals.
You may want to explore and find out more about yourself. My passion is Identity Work and how to get out of your own way! I offer a space where we can get in touch with deeper aspects of ourselves in a variety of ways from exploring our experiences, perceptions, beliefs, emotions, motivations, potential, our personal roles and identity, our self talk and the ways we listen to ourselves.
I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, loss, eating disorders and other challenges you may be struggling with.
I meet you where you are at and we go from there with unconditional positive regard.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Counselling Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I have been qualified since 2007 and worked with many clients in my Private Practice and for an online company who provides international clients. I have experience as a Drugs and Alcohol worker. Working with repeat offenders.
