MNCPS (Accred), Trauma-Informed Counsellor & Psychotherapist

About me

Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MNCPS Accred.)

I support clients who are struggling with persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, chronic overthinking and a constant state of  internal pressure. Many of the people are support are high functioning on the outside- managing work, relationships, and responsibilites, while privately struggling with anxiety thats feels relentless, exhausting, or hard to explain.

Clients often come to me when anxiety shows up as:

Racing or looping thoughts.

Emotional overwhelm and shutdown

Tension. panic, or a sense of being on edge

People-pleasing, perfectionism, or fear of getting things wrong

Difficulty resting, switching off or feeling safe in themselves

I have particular experience in working with life transition, identity change , trauma, burnout, and the lasting impact or emotionally unsafe or abusive relationships. My work is trauma informed and relational offering a calm, steady pace to understand anxiety rather than fight it and to gradually restore a sense of emotional regulation, clarity, and inner steadiness.

Many clients tell me they come because they want to feel calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again.

I have a particular interest in working with AuDHD and ADHD clients and understand the unique challenges that come with being both autistic and ADHD, or ADHD alone. Many of my AuDHD and ADHD clients describe feeling fundamentally different, exhausted by masking, overwhelmed by everyday demands, and frustrated that traditional approaches to therapy haven’t worked for them.

I offer a neurodivergent-affirming space where there is no pressure to mask, perform, or fit a neurotypical mould. Sessions are flexible, relational, and paced around your nervous system — not a rigid agenda. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply recognising yourself in the description, you are welcome here.

I am based in Hastings, East Sussex and offer both in-person and online sessions, making therapy accessible wherever you are.

I’m a trauma-informed counsellor and psychotherapist offering in-person and online sessions.

My approach integrates psychodynamic, CBT, humanistic, and somatic principles

I hold specialist training in Rape and Sexual Violence Awareness, Trauma Recovery, and Narcissistic Abuse Healing (Caroline Strawson).

Alongside this, I offer compassionate support for emotional eating, body image concerns, and food-related anxiety — helping clients explore the emotional and nervous-system
