Therapy offers a supportive space to navigate through these challenges and facilitate change. I assist individuals and families dealing with addiction, often in conjunction with a recovery program, and my background includes experience with the 12-step recovery process.

My work is about rebuilding trust and fostering understanding within the diverse relationships we encounter—be it personal, familial, or professional. By working together, we aim to steer you toward healthier, more rewarding relationships and outcomes.
