About me
Therapy offers a secure and private setting where you can discuss your problems and worries with a trained professional. I will help to facilitate in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and actions, enabling you to gain a deeper insight into yourself and those around you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Venturing into the unknown can be challenging; it requires courage and often leads to transformative change. Are you feeling anxious, down, or simply sensing that something isn't right? Perhaps you're finding it difficult to form or sustain relationships, or you're under stress at work or home.
My integrative approach means I utilise various methods tailored to the client's needs, aiming to provide a collaborative, confidential, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for this segment of your journey. You might wish to address a particular current issue or delve into past experiences. It's not uncommon to be unsure of the reasons behind our emotional or behavioural struggles.
Therapy offers a supportive space to navigate through these challenges and facilitate change. I assist individuals and families dealing with addiction, often in conjunction with a recovery program, and my background includes experience with the 12-step recovery process.
My work is about rebuilding trust and fostering understanding within the diverse relationships we encounter—be it personal, familial, or professional. By working together, we aim to steer you toward healthier, more rewarding relationships and outcomes.
