About me

  • limited availability, please reach out via email or telephone

I hope that therapy can offer a safe and confidential setting where you can explore anything that you may be affecting you.

Thank you for taking a moment to explore my profile. As someone who understands first hand the challenges of anxiety, navigating the complexities of ADHD, and managing difficult moments in relationships, I know that reaching out for support is a brave step. Life can feel overwhelming at times—perhaps you're experiencing persistent anxiety, feeling low, or noticing that something just seems a bit off. Maybe you’re finding it hard to connect with others, sustain relationships, or you’re facing struggles in your romantic life. Please know, you’re not alone in these experiences.

My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic methods, carefully adapted to your unique needs. Our work together is built on a foundation of empathy, confidentiality, and collaboration—creating a safe, non-judgemental space. Whether you wish to explore a particular concern or gently unpack experiences from your past, I am here to sit with you. It’s perfectly normal to feel unsure about why you’re feeling the way you do; counselling can create a safe space for you to explore these feelings.

Therapy is a supportive and nurturing environment in which you can navigate your challenges and begin to create meaningful change in your life.

I work closely with families facing the impact of addiction, often alongside recovery programmes. My own experience has given me a deep understanding of the difficulties this journey can bring, and I’m here to offer guidance and reassurance through each step.

I also support couples, offering a warm and neutral environment where you can both feel heard. Together, we’ll explore patterns of relating and the unique emotional worlds each partner brings. This work can help rebuild trust after difficult events—such as an affair—by providing space to validate feelings, understand each other’s experiences, and discover new ways forward together.

I support young people who may be struggling to manage emotions, anxiety, low mood, or stress—drawing on both professional knowledge and lived experience to offer empathy and understanding.

My work is all about nurturing understanding and resilience within the many relationships we encounter—whether that’s with ourselves, our families, our partners, or at work. Wherever you find yourself at this moment, we can embark on this journey together—working side by side to create a supportive space where, through our shared efforts, we can nurture new perspectives and hopefully foster meaningful change.
