How I can help:
I offer online counselling & hypnotherapy, to help you feel like you again.
I am a Level 5 qualified psychotherapist with certifications in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and humanistic counselling. I am also a Level 3 hypnotherapist. My style means sessions are adaptive and we will work together to support your best possible outcome.
How we can work together:
I offer a full counselling service over a secure video connection. I offer a free introductory conversation, and the option to book a block of counselling sessions for a reduced cost. Because I work over video, you are able to connect with me from the comfort of your own home. I recommend finding yourself a quiet spot where you can be left uninterrupted for an hour each time we chat. If there are any confidentiality considerations from your home, we can discuss this.
My promise to you:
I promise to work with you at your pace. I promise to gently guide you through the process and I promise to help you navigate the difficult points. Therapy is hard but the fact that you are here already shows an incredible bravery and strength that I hope to help you nurture.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Level 5 qualified psychotherapist, with skills in cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic counselling and psychodynamic therapy.
I am also a Level 3 certified hypnotherapist.
I am accredited with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Services (NCPS).
I also hold a further CPD 'Working with narcissism'.
I truly believe in the power of blended, integrative and pluralistic counselling. My approach means that we can work together to understand past behaviours and patterns, explore the struggles and blocks of the present, and help to identify strategies to move forward with optimism.
