About me
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed—like you’re doing your best to hold it all together, but it’s exhausting? Maybe self-doubt keeps creeping in, or you’re struggling with stress, relationships, or big life changes. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to go through it on your own.
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor and coach, which means I draw from different therapy styles to create a personalised approach that truly fits you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, or simply feeling lost or disconnected, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on at your pace, in your way.
And just to say I know how daunting it can feel to reach out. I’ve been there myself. My own experiences with anxiety, depression and burnout are part of what led me to this profession, and I bring that understanding with me into every session. Therapy isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about having a safe space to be real, messy, and human.
What I can support you with:
Many of my clients come to me for support with:
• Anxiety & overthinking – learning to manage worry and feel more in control
• Low self-esteem & confidence – overcoming self-doubt and imposter feelings
• ADHD & neurodiversity – finding strategies that work for your unique mind
• Depression & feeling stuck – reconnecting with hope and self-worth
• Relationships & dating – building healthy connections and clearer boundaries
• Career stress & burnout – managing pressure and finding more balance
• Life transitions & uncertainty – navigating change with more clarity and confidence
If you’re unsure whether therapy can help with what you’re going through, feel free to send me a message. I’m happy to chat about how we might work together.
Therapy should fit into your life, not feel like another stressor. That’s why I offer flexible online sessions, so you can talk from the comfort of your own space, whether that’s at home, during a break, or wherever feels right.
In our sessions, you can expect:
• A gentle check-in to see how you’re doing
• Space to talk through whatever’s on your mind
• Tools and techniques to help manage emotions and build self-trust
• Practical strategies you can start using in your day-to-day life
My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on what works for you. It’s not about giving advice, it’s about helping you find your own answers and feel more like yourself again.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
