About me

Hello. I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist working with adults and young people, offering a non judgemental and safe space to support you, enabling you to explore and understand your feelings, emotions and behaviours and to find a way forward through what could be a very challenging and/or overwhelming time in your life.

I am an Integrative counsellor, my core model being Person Centred and I offer a blend of therapies to fit you as an individual, whether you need to explore past memories, or need more goal focussed and solution work for current situations or for future concerns.

Please email me or contact me on 07917524225 and leave a message (I may be in a counselling session and unable to pick up) and I will phone you back, within 48 hours. I would be happy to chat, free of charge, about your needs and answer any questions you may have. From there, you may like to book an appointment when we will be able to discuss further your situation and what you might want to get out of counselling. If we decide to work together, it is up to you whether you would like weekly or fortnightly sessions. I am flexible with day/evening appointments.

I offer counselling support to include:

  • Low mood, depression, anxiety, stress.
  • Low self-esteem or self confidence.
  • Bereavement and grief.
  • Loss of hopes and dreams (e.g., job loss, change of circumstances).
  • Relationship issues.
  • Trauma.

I practice from a small room at Greatworth Hall near Banbury where there is free parking and a place to grab coffee and cake! Sessions can either be face-to-face or online if preferred.
