Testimonials
Adele was a complete life saver, I was at such a low point, by the time I saw Adele I had been to many other counsellors, referred by my GP and work, not one of them managed to help me, I had been off work a year. Adele really felt like my last hope, thank goodness I met her when I did.
Adele is friendly and approachable yet remained professional, above all Adele instilled calm and helped me process on going issues that I could no longer see beyond. With Adele's help and words of encouragement I managed to start to function, regaining confidence and even returned to work, a huge achievement. I just can't thank Adele enough for being there at the right time, I wish I had seen her earlier, I may not have been at rock bottom. She is an amazing counsellor. I cannot praise or recommend her highly enough.
I met with Adele for bereavement counselling, my husband had died 3 years before and I thought I was doing ok, but actually I wasn't. Meeting with Adele helped me to deal with many issues that I had avoided as they were too painful. I felt very safe and supported and was gently encouraged to talk through the difficulties. Working in this way also helped me to deal with lots of practical issues that I had felt unable to face previously. At the end of the sessions it was a great relief to know I had worked through many things that left me feeling stronger.
Choosing to work with Adele was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Professional and understanding she supported myself and daughter to have a relationship again. In a safe confidential environment, Adele gave us the tools to work at our relationship and move forward again. I would not hesitate to recommend Adele, I cannot speak highly enough of her service.
I had lost myself, my life was a reaction to others demands, I knew I was worth more, I went to see Adele she listened, I now know who I am. I now enjoy being me. The final result was - is - amazing!
Adele, Thank you for all your support, without you I wouldn't have made it to where I am today so I thank you!
Thank you so much you have helped me more than I think you realise, I can see a future again, your counselling service is just brilliant.

This is completely natural it's your personal space which deserves nurturing, to find solutions, strategies, to develop and enhance, to find courage and to allow acceptance for change.
