Many people are understandably nervous about seeing a therapist for help. No one likes to admit that they are struggling. But often, the failure can be in struggling on by yourself when you can get the help you need right now.
If you think you are ready to learn ways of reducing your stress and focusing on the more important things, do get in touch.
Sessions take place in private and remain confidential. I'm located in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, just 1 mile from City Centre. Excellent road, bus, rail and tram networks provide easy access and on street parking is available at a minimal pay and display charge.

What people are saying about us
Jim has helped me so much in the time i have been seeing him , he has helped me in lots of ways, setting me small tasks, listening to me and helping me stand back from certain situations…i can see things are not as bad as i perceive and I’ve learned to take a different perspective.
Louise, 39 years old
I would recommend Jim to anyone who finds themselves in my position, anyone who is seeking to make changes, those motivated to turn their life around for the better.
Gary, 31 years old
I found the counselling sessions and your approach to CBT extremely beneficial. Counselling not only helped me overcome my OCD but has given me the tools to manage my condition and to prevent the obsessions and compulsions from returning.
Ben, 27 years old
I came to Jim for help after struggling with panic attacks and agoraphobia for many years. The therapy has been challenging at times but, with patience and support, Jim has taught me to adopt a new approach to my anxiety, which is enabling me to live a fuller life.
