Acceptance and commitment therapy for youth
This three-hour workshop will provide a conceptual, empirical and experiential introduction to the ACT-for-youth model - DNA-V (Hayes and Ciarrochi, 2015) - in schools and with children and young people.
The workshop will explore how DNA-V conceptualised psychological flexibility processes can help inform a tiered approach to well-being work with young people at school, at home and in the wider community, including universal, targeted and specialist work with children and adolescents.
