About me

Your voice, your experiences, your thoughts, your feelings matter. Most importantly…YOU matter.

I appreciate how difficult it can feel to reach out for support with your mental health and wellbeing. It can be challenging to know where to start.

As your therapist, I understand that there is not a one size fits all approach to counselling. Your experiences and struggles are unique to you and together we can work at a pace that is right for you, to allow you to address the root causes of the difficulties and challenges you have been experiencing. Anything that has been weighing you down can be tackled and worked through together and I will support you every step of the way.

We are able to work with anything that you wish to explore in counselling. All emotions are welcome here and you will not be judged for whatever it is that you want to discuss.

Counselling can support but is not limited to the following:

  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Personal Development
  • Self Esteem
  • Confidence
  • Managing a work/life balance
  • Family fallouts
  • Domestic abuse
  • Rape and sexual violence
  • Trauma
  • Childhood experiences
  • Self Harm
  • Suicidal Feelings
  • Difficult Emotions
  • Bereavement
  • Loss

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked with a range of clients on a one to one basis and have supported them through their counselling journey.

I have experience with working with survivors of Rape and Sexual abuse, using a trauma informed approach due to the experience working with the Rape and Sexual Violence Project (Birmingham) and Gina CIC.
