About me
Hi, I’m Tracy Norman, a qualified therapist, voice coach, and group facilitator offering gentle, creative, person-centred counselling.
I work with women, teenagers, young males, neurodivergent teens, and transgender or non-binary young people navigating anxiety, overwhelm, identity struggles, emotional shutdown, or burnout.
Whether you’re constantly overthinking, quietly masking, stuck in people-pleasing, or simply carrying too much—I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s really going on, at your own pace.
How I Work:
My approach is warm, intuitive and trauma-informed. Sessions are always guided by your needs—whether that means traditional talking therapy, or (if it feels right) gentle creative methods that help you express yourself authentically.
With a background in singing and voice coaching, I support those who feel silenced, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of self. But rest assured: there’s never any pressure to sing in therapy. That’s entirely optional and only offered when appropriate.
I also run a separate, in-person singing group for women and teen girls—a joyful space for connection and community through shared voice and collective uplift.
Who I Work With:
Teens and women struggling with anxiety, confidence, or self-worth
Neurodivergent teens (especially those masking or misunderstood)
Transgender and non-binary young people seeking a safe, affirming space
Young males who feel emotionally stuck, unheard, or overwhelmed
Anyone who’s tired of performing and ready to be real
Special Interests:
Anxiety and burnout
Emotional overwhelm, sensitivity & shutdown
Confidence, identity & self-expression
Voice and creativity as tools for healing (optional)
LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Getting Started:
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
Come as you are. Speak as you are. Heal as you are. Your voice belongs here.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
