About me

Everyone struggles at different times and sometimes it can feel too much for us alone. If you would like to talk with a professional, someone unconnected to your family and friends, I would like to offer my help.

I work creatively and relationally, helping teens and adults of any age with a range of issues including anxiety and depression. My training is in humanistic psychotherapy with an emphasis in transactional analysis.

I am passionate about therapy and wholeheartedly committed to supporting my clients; to providing a safe, warm and empathic environment so that people feel heard and understood and better able to make sense of their experiences.

I work both long-term or short-term and offer the first session free of charge so that you can see if we might be a good fit, and if counselling is something you feel ready to do.
