About me
Are you suffering with anxiety at the moment triggered by stressful life events?
You might be struggling with a sexual or relationship problem, or feeling stressed by conflict within your family or at work. If so, I have space to see you alone, or as a couple, to enable you to process what is happening in your life.
I also offer person-centred therapy if you are a victim of crime, or are going through court proceedings.
I can meet you either face to face or online, and evening appointments are also available. You can contact me by sending a message, or if you want to book an assessment session online, you can do this via my website.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Psychotherapist specialising in personal and relationship therapy.
Prior to setting up in private practice, I worked at Croydon University Hospital in the psychosexual medicine department. I trained with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy endorsed by Middlesex University at level 7. I am a registered member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).
I have also trained and worked as a counsellor with Breakeven, (Gamcare) helping people with gambling problems and affected others, such as partners, family and friends.

COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.

I offer assessment sessions and follow on sessions from between £65.00 -£80.00 per session. I also offer extended single session therapy sessions.
