About me

Hello and welcome,

Step into a sanctuary where your journey of healing and transformation is met with compassion and expertise. With over 8 years of experience as an Integrative Counsellor, I seamlessly blend a range of therapeutic approaches—such as Person-Centered, Humanistic, CBT, and Psychodynamic Counselling—to craft a tailored support system that suits your individual needs.

My extensive background spans diverse environments, including substance misuse, charity organisations and healthcare, accumulating over 15 years of invaluable insight. Serving both adults and young adults underscores my dedication to meeting the needs of diverse populations.

Specialising in ADHD management, I provide personalised coaching and coping strategies designed to empower individuals of all ages to navigate their challenges with confidence.

Within our sessions, you’ll encounter a welcoming and down-to-earth atmosphere, where authenticity prevails. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth, guiding you through emotional hurdles with warmth and understanding.

As a Reiki Master, I tap into the healing energies inherent within us all, offering Reiki healing to those seeking inner balance and transformation.

While I don’t possess all the answers, I am committed to accompanying you on your journey, providing support through moments of chaos and navigating dark places together. Your healing journey commences here, anchored in empathy, authenticity, and an unwavering belief in your innate resilience.

Embarking on therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to offer steadfast support every step of the way. Recognising the importance of finding the right fit, I provide a non-judgmental and accepting environment where you’re free to explore your difficulties without fear.

Through years of study and practice, I’ve gained deep insights into human resilience and growth. Whether you’re confronting chaos, feeling stuck, or grappling with shadows, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
