Richard W. Miller MBACP MBPsS
Hello and thank you for visiting my page. Whatever the problem, talking with someone trained to listen sensitively and empathically can help you to understand it. As your therapist, I will not judge you in any way, but will be alongside you as you explore your situation and will help you to make changes, if that’s what you want to do.
I offer a safe and confidential environment as a guide, or witness, to traumatic or painful experiences. It is my aim to offer a tailored therapy which tracks your needs and is responsive to them.
Most people typically benefit from between 14 - 20 sessions of therapy. However, everyone is different, and the length of the treatment can be extended or shortened as required.
To start therapy, the next step is to contact me by phone, text or email, whichever you prefer. We can then arrange a time to speak confidentially over the phone, at which point I can give you more information and answer any questions you may have.
