About me
Hi, I'm Rhi and I am an integrative counsellor working in Torbay. I work with adults and young people and can offer face to face sessions in my counselling room in Paignton or online sessions.
Counselling can be different for each person and you may feel a bit unsure of what to expect. As an integrative counsellor, I am trained in multiple techniques that allow me to offer counselling that is specific to you. I describe counselling as a chance to Pause…Explore…Understand…and Change…
You can take time to pause and talk with someone who is separate from your everyday life. We can explore the things that are important to you to build connections and understanding that may help you to create positive change in your life.
Are you struggling with thoughts or feelings that are difficult to navigate alone? Feeling low, anxious or unsure of what to do next? You might be experiencing a life transition and feel it would be helpful to talk this through with someone a bit separate to your life. Some time to pause and reflect can be helpful and I aim to support you in exploring the things that are important to you.
I have lots of experience working with Young People both in a local counselling organisation and in schools. I have a good understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition and the challenges you may be facing at school and in other areas of your life.
You can find out more info about counselling with me on my website or on my Facebook page. If you would like to talk about the possibility of some sessions or you would like to book your first session, please get in touch. You are very welcome to call, text or email me, whichever is best for you.
