About us

Working through life's challenges together...

If you seek a warm, welcoming space free of judgement, look no further.

Our integrative psychotherapists all specialise in personalising therapy to meet you where you are; you don’t adapt to therapy, therapy adapts to you. Whether you need a safe space to talk or a place to create change, your voice will be heard and your needs truly matter.

At Relational Counselling, therapy is a collaborative process where we actively work together. We offer you a space that gives a voice to the parts of yourself that may have been quiet for too long. We all carry experiences, feelings, and thoughts that shape who we are, but keeping them inside can feel isolating and overwhelming. Sharing your story in a safe, supportive space can help lift the weight of the emotions you carry, creating room for healing and change.

With us, you’ll experience more than traditional talking therapy; we creatively integrate different methods and techniques that provide more than just a space to speak. Through gentle challenges, insightful feedback, and deep exploration, we help you uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, guiding you toward meaningful change.

We also provide knowledge and psychoeducation to equip you with the tools you need. As we work together, you'll better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and tackle life's challenges with greater clarity and support.

It takes courage to seek support, and you're not alone; we're here to help you every step of the way. Start your healing journey by booking your first session through our easy online portal. If you have any questions, you're welcome to schedule a free 10-minute Q&A call.

Together, we can find a way forward.

Member organisations *

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
