About us
Working through life's challenges together...
Welcome to Relational Counselling, where healing begins. It's really positive that you’ve taken the first step by looking for support. Our integrative psychotherapists specialise in personalising therapy to meet you where you are. If you seek a warm, welcoming space free of judgment, look no further.
In your sessions, we creatively pull together various methods, techniques and approaches from different therapies. We might look at your past to understand how unmet needs from childhood affect you today. Together, we uncover and challenge old patterns that no longer serve you, helping you break free from repeating familiar and unproductive dynamics. We strive to help you feel heard and reach any goals you may have in a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space.
Therapy is a journey of change that helps you become more aware of yourself and find new ways of coping. When we make sense of our situation, we can tackle the issues and difficulties we face.
We believe you have a chance of healing when you share your story with someone who is understanding, empathetic, and does not judge. We would like to offer you a welcoming space to hear your story truly.
It takes courage to seek support. If you are ready to take that step, we are here to help. Reach out today.
Together, we can find a way forward.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
