About me
Choosing a therapist can feel scary and overwhelming. With my friendly, professional and non-judgemental approach, I aim to make that process as comfortable as possible. I'm an accredited psychotherapist, practising CBT with an integrative approach. I have extensive experience working with adults and young people with anxiety, depression, panic, low self-esteem and other struggles.
