About me

Sometimes, choosing a therapist can feel scary and overwhelming. I hope that my friendly, flexible and non-judgemental approach will help you to navigate that process in a way that works for you. I'm an accredited psychotherapist, practising CBT with an integrative approach. I have extensive experience working with adults and young people with anxiety, depression, panic, low self-esteem, OCD and other struggles. I offer in-person sessions in my comfortable, private space within Abbey Mill Business Centre in Paisley. I also offer online sessions through Google Meet. However you prefer to meet, I promise you will be welcomed with respect, patience and a commitment to partner with you to help you to work towards your goals. Get in touch if you'd like to arrange a no-obligation chat to see whether or not I might be a good fit for you.
