Starting your therapy journey can be really difficult but you don’t have to do it on your own. 

Hello, my name is Rae and I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a qualified EMDR therapist. I have a variety of experience working with adults and children in a variety of NHS settings and charities. I am also trained in DBT skills. 

Sometimes memories from our past have an impact on our present day, or they loop in our mind and resurface at inconvenient times. EMDR can be helpful to target those really difficult memories that continue to impact us day-to-day. 

Inclusivity and equality is important to me and I can promise a non-judgemental, welcoming space to anyone who needs it. I also welcome enquiries from those with neurodiverse thinking, like I said I am happy to personalise treatment, within my capabilities, to what you need.
