About me
Have you noticed patterns of behaviour in yourself and others that are preventing you from achieving your goals and living your life to the full? Do feelings of anxiety or panic hold you back from performing everyday tasks?
My aim is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where, together, we can examine those patterns and how they were created and how they came to have such an impact on your life. Through this you will be able to achieve a deeper level of self-awareness, understanding and compassion for the person that you are.
As a counsellor my approach is warm, understanding , straightforward and direct. I believe that therapy is a service to others , it's about your narrative and how I can help you manage something or understand something in a way that might be useful to you. I will work with you to, not only, overcome the present barricades to your happiness but also assist you in developing your long-term growth.
It would be my privilege to be beside you on your journey...
