About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope with life’s challenges? You don’t have to face it alone – support is available.
As a compassionate therapist, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Using a Person-Centred Approach, I provide warmth, empathy, and understanding, ensuring you feel heard and valued. Alongside this, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you develop practical tools to manage negative thoughts, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or life transitions, my goal is to support and empower you. Together, we will work towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, which is why I offer a FREE 20-minute initial telephone consultation. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about each other, explore how I can best support you, and answer any questions you may have before deciding to book a session.
To ensure the best experience, I kindly ask that all initial enquiries be made via email. This allows me to respond thoughtfully and arrange an introductory call if needed. Alternatively, you can book an introductory call directly through Counselling Directory.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and trainee CBT Therapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My counselling journey began as a volunteer with Age UK, supporting middle-aged and older adults with grief, bereavement, stress, anxiety, and depression. I now also volunteer with Trafford Carers, helping those who support loved ones through challenging times.
In my private practice, I work with adults of all ages and cultural backgrounds, combining Person-Centred Therapy and CBT to offer both empathetic support and practical coping strategies.
I am passionate about my work and committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending CPD training and workshops to deepen my skills and ensure I provide the best possible support to my clients.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Person-Centred Therapy gives you space to reflect on your experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, while CBT helps you recognise patterns in your thinking and build practical coping strategies. Rather than offering advice or directing your choices, I will work alongside you at your own pace, supporting you in gaining clarity and confidence to find the best way forward for you.
While attending regular sessions can be beneficial, the frequency and duration of your therapy are entirely up to you.
Therapy is most effective when built on mutual respect, trust, and commitment. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and valued. Growth happens when clients actively engage in the process, take ownership of their journey, and make the most of each session, respecting the time and effort we invest together.
I am fluent in both English and Polish. However, I prefer to conduct counselling sessions in English to ensure the highest quality of support and communication for my clients. Thank you for your understanding.
