About us

We specialise in Relationship Counselling and Psychosexual Therapy. As experienced couple therapists our aim is to assist you in clarifying any relationship issues you might be struggling with.

Relationship Counselling

We know that taking the first step can be daunting so we offer an initial assessment to determine your relationship dynamics and discuss what we are able to assist you with.

We work with any relationship regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

We are passionate about making relationships healthy, by helping you to identify patterns/problems and to facilitate change within yourself and or within the relationship.

Relationships in conflict are often at a crossroads and our aim is to build the bridges necessary to enable you to move forward as a couple or as individuals, together or apart.

We are qualified to use a number of different therapeutic approaches to fit the needs of our clients.

We adhere to Relate's Practice Guidelines

The Code of Ethics of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT)

In accordance with the requirements of our professional organisations we attend regular clinical supervision.
