BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. Testimonials
From our first meeting Nicole has worked with me to help me see how I can be a better me. She has equipped me with the tools I need to make positive changes in my life. I have already seen improvements and look forward to continuous positive developments. Thank you so much!
Nicole, has worked with my personal needs in a kind and professional way. She has helped me to understand and manage my problem. I am deeply thankful.
Nicole has been so welcoming, understanding and helpful throughout my journey into figuring out why I feel/felt like I do and challenging myself to see it differently and overcome obstacles with the tools and techniques she has taught me. Thank you! Nicole has been an excellent therapist, always making the most out of the time available in each session, offering thoughtful and useful advice, and was always respectful and with genuine understanding. Being usually very critical and sceptical, I was surprised that it was possible to get so much out of the sessions; but I can find no fault in either the method or its application; both have been optimal. The whole experience has been revealing and inspirational.
Please do get in touch by sending me an email with a brief summary of your current difficulties and let me know when you would be available for a free introductory call. I look forward to working with you!
